Already have a site that just says the wrong things? Standalone copywriting is $500 per website. Bigger scope is quoted exactly: request a free call.

What the money actually buys.

Each price buys a finished thing that moves customers toward you, not hours, not reports.

Website: from $500, copywriting included

You get a site that makes people trust you in five seconds and know exactly what to do next.

Designed, built, AND written, because a beautiful site with the wrong words doesn't ring the phone. Structured so Google and AI can read it and recommend you.

And the AI receptionist comes with it, free. Call (970) 536-2438 right now and you'll be talking to mine.

Local Foundation: from $500, one-time

Most local businesses are invisible for boring, fixable reasons: the wrong categories, a profile half filled in, a phone number that doesn't match.

This is that fixed, once, properly. It ends when it's done, and you keep it whether or not you ever pay me again.

Visibility: $300/month

Two things decide whether people find you, and neither one holds still. Fresh reviews with real words in them. And a profile nobody has quietly edited or buried under a fake listing.

So every month I ask your customers for reviews, reply to all of them, defend the profile, and send you a map showing exactly where you rank. Stop paying and the reviews stop coming, which is the honest reason it's monthly.

Visibility + Growth: $500/month

Everything above, plus a new page each month aimed at something your customers actually search for, and steady work on the pages you already have.

This is the slower half: traffic from Google, presence in AI answers, and pages that turn a visitor into a phone call.

Client portal: from $1,000

Your customers get a login on your site with their project's status, photos, and documents. You stop fielding “just checking in” calls, and start looking like the most organized business they've ever hired. See what one looks like.

Staff portal: from $1,000

Your crew gets the schedule, the job details, and the checklists on their phones, so the office stops being an answering service. See how it works.

The plan is three steps.

And the first one is free.

1

Talk to me. A free 30-minute call.

I look at your site, your Google profile, and your competitors, and give you an honest read, including “you don't need me yet” when that's true. You'll learn something either way.

2

Get your plan. A written proposal in plain English with an exact price (not a range) and every piece of work itemized, so you can cut scope and see what it saves. No contract to sign; nothing is billed until you say go.

3

Grow. I do the work; you watch the results in reporting that talks about calls and customers, not jargon. Month-to-month because I want clients who stay because it's working, and everything I build is yours, forever, even if we part ways.

Common questions

How much does a website from RankFrost cost?

From $500, and that includes the copywriting, so every page arrives designed, built, and written. Bigger sites with more pages or features are quoted exactly in the written proposal. For what the wider market charges, see the honest website cost guide.

What does monthly local SEO cost?

$300 per month for Visibility, or $500 for Visibility + Growth. Both month-to-month, no contract. Most businesses start with the one-time Local Foundation first, because there is no point maintaining a profile that was set up wrong.

Market context is in the SEO pricing guide, and if your situation is DIY-able, I'll say so on the free call.

Why is there a monthly fee if the setup is one-time?

Fair question, and it's the one most agencies dodge. The setup genuinely is one-time, which is why I sell it that way with an end date.

What isn't one-time is your reviews: recent ones with real words in them matter more than your lifetime total, so a business that stops collecting them slides even with hundreds banked.

Profiles also get edited, buried under duplicate listings, and drift out of date. That's the monthly work. If you'd rather do it yourself, the free checklist is the same process.

Will more pages get me into the map pack?

No, and anyone selling you thirty pages to fix your map ranking is selling you the wrong thing. Controlled testing has found that on-page changes move where you rank in the regular results without moving the map pack at all.

The map is won on your profile, your reviews, links to your business, and how close you are to the person searching.

Pages are still worth building, for traffic, for AI answers, and for turning visitors into calls. That's just a different job, and I price it as one.

Is copywriting really included in the $500 website?

Yes. I write every page as part of the build, because a beautiful site with the wrong words doesn't ring the phone. If you already have a site and just need the words fixed, standalone copywriting is $500 per website.

Market context: the copywriting cost guide.

What are client portals and staff portals?

A client portal is a secure page on your website where customers log in and see their own projects, documents, and updates. A staff portal is the internal version for your team: schedules, job details, checklists. Each starts at $1,000, quoted exactly by scope.

What's the AI receptionist, and is it really free?

It answers your phone when you can't, takes the caller's details, and books them straight into your calendar, including evenings and weekends. It's included free with every website build, and it stays free for as long as you're on a monthly plan.

Don't take my word for any of it: call (970) 536-2438 and you'll be talking to mine. Fair use is 300 minutes a month, which is more calls than most local businesses get, and I'll tell you before you ever get near it.

What will the receptionist not do?

It takes messages and books appointments. It will not quote prices, promise dates, or handle an emergency, because those are yours to decide and I'd rather it say "John will call you straight back" than invent something.

Callers can ask for you at any point and it transfers. The script and your number are yours, and I'll hand them over whenever you ask; the platform account it runs on is mine, which is what keeps this free instead of you standing up your own.

Why publish prices when most agencies don't?

Because you're going to ask anyway, and increasingly you're asking ChatGPT, which can only repeat what's published. Hidden pricing mostly protects agencies from comparison. I'd rather be compared.

What happens if I wait?

Honestly? Your competitors' review counts keep growing, Google and AI keep learning to recommend them, and every month invisible is a month of calls going somewhere else.

That's not a scare tactic. It's just how compounding works, and it's also why the first call is free: find out where you stand before deciding anything.

Step one is free. Take it.

Book the free 30-minute call. You'll get an honest audit, a written proposal with an exact price, or an honest “you don't need me yet.” Either way, you stop guessing.
